Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Welcome to ABBA.

ABBA is a project of Meta Lab LLC.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ABBA website and its practices, recordings, written materials, emails, and other content (collectively, the “Services”).

By using ABBA, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ABBA

ABBA is a Christian daily practice centered on God, the teachings of Jesus Christ, and biblical Scripture.

Its purpose is to help people become still, turn their attention toward God, engage with Scripture, and cultivate a daily practice of prayer, trust, gratitude, surrender, forgiveness, humility, and contemplation.

ABBA may also draw on neuroscience, psychology, and research related to attention, contemplation, habit formation, emotional regulation, and the nervous system.

These scientific perspectives are used to explore aspects of the human experience of contemplative practice. They are not presented as explanations of God, proof of spiritual claims, or substitutes for biblical teaching.

2. Spiritual Content

ABBA provides Christian spiritual and educational content.

Its practices may include prayer, Scripture, silence, contemplation, gratitude, trust, surrender, forgiveness, humility, and reflection.

ABBA does not promise or guarantee a particular spiritual experience, feeling of God's presence, answered prayer, healing, transformation, or other specific outcome.

Individual experiences of prayer and contemplation naturally vary.

ABBA is intended to support your relationship with God, not replace Scripture, a church or faith community, clergy, pastoral care, theological study, or your own spiritual discernment.

3. Neuroscience and Educational Content

ABBA may discuss neuroscience, psychology, and scientific research relevant to attention, prayer, contemplation, stress, emotional regulation, or repeated patterns of thought and behavior.

Such information is provided for educational purposes.

Science may help us understand aspects of what occurs within the human mind and nervous system during contemplative practices. It does not define or explain the relationship between a person and God.

4. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

ABBA is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, psychological counseling, or individualized healthcare advice.

Nothing provided through ABBA should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or a recommendation to begin, discontinue, or change medication, therapy, or other treatment.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services in your location.

5. Using ABBA Safely

Some ABBA practices involve stillness, focused attention, silence, reflection, or closing your eyes.

Do not use guided practices while driving, operating machinery, crossing streets, or doing anything that requires your full attention.

You may stop a practice at any time if you feel uncomfortable or distressed.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original ABBA name, branding, guided practices, recordings, written materials, graphics, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Meta Lab LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
